Selling property in Greece can sometimes be a pain.
It doesn’t have to be that way. There are some great real estate agencies out there in Greece.
And there is also… us.
Here is what we did.
Took the concept of a real estate agency in Greece. Stripped that concept of almost everything. Kept only a few things. And created something radically different. Gave it a cool name. ‘It’s a nice place in Greece’. Called it a boutique agency.

We are working mostly online, so we don’t need to be in the same place as the property. We present it online, you, as the owner show the property around to potential buyers which we bring you.
Our clients are mostly in Greece, in the Ionian Islands (Meganisi, Lefkada, Corfu, Zakynthos, Kefalonia) and Spain.
Our real estate agency is not big. Nor will it ever be. It is not classic. It is not what you already know.

We only work with a few properties per year. They have to be either special, or luxurious. Both work for us.
Only this way, the owners have our full time, attention and creative resources.

The buyer will hire their own layer to complete the transaction. Told you we are not a real estate agency in a traditional way. Each side with their own lawyer. Our agency is just putting the owners, buyers and lawyers in touch.
Real estate lawyers are easy to find and so much better at managing the heavy paperwork needed for a real estate transaction in Greece.
